Terms of Service
By purchasing a commission,
you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service listed below.
Basic Information
➣ As the creator of the artwork, I have the right to upload the commissioned art to my websites. If you would like to be referred to as an anonymous commissioner, please let me know.➣ I reserve the right to refuse your commission request if I feel that I will not be able to properly fulfill your requests.➣ All emotes and badges are drawn in a 500x500 pixel canvas. If requested, I can draw them at a higher resolution for +$5 per additional 500x500 pixels.
Payment
➣ Once we have finalized our agreement, I will send you a PayPal invoice.➣ I only accept payments through PayPal.➣ I charge a tax to cover PayPal's merchant fee. This fee varies depending on your country/region. You can view what your fee amount would be at salecalc.com/paypal.➣ If the total amount due is under $100, payment must be sent in full before I will start working on the order.➣ If the total amount due is over $100, you may submit half of the payment up front, then the second half once the sketches are approved. I will not work past the sketch stage until 100% of the payment has been sent.➣ All payments are non-refundable.
Process
Please provide thorough details on what you're picturing before I start sketching.➣ Once I have completed the sketch, I will send it to you for your approval. I will not finalize the sketch until it is approved.➣ For each emote or badge, there is a maximum of three moderate revisions for the sketch and one minor revision for the finished version. Additional / more complex revisions are subject to additional charges.➣ Turnaround time generally ranges from 1 week to 1 month. This is not guaranteed, especially for larger orders.
Commercial Rights
➣ Commercial rights are given to you by default in my emote and badge commissions. (This means that you may use the artwork in merchandise without having to pay me a fee.)
